Q: How do I book a service?
A: To initiate a booking, the first step is to submit a quote form. Once received, we will send you a personalized quote. From there, we will send instructions to complete the booking. We do require a deposit equal to half the total cost of service to secure a date. Our policies that we send for signature will go over this and everything else you will need to know.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept debit and credit cards.
Q: Does someone need to be present during the service?
A: No, as long as our staff member(s) can gain access to the property.
Q: How long does the service typically take?
A: Because each property is unique we are unable to determine an estimated amount of time without reviewing a quote request.
Q: Do you wash walls?
A: We do offer this service, but it is on a case-by-case basis. We would need more information to provide an answer and pricing.
Q: Can I just have certain rooms/areas cleaned?
A: Yes. We do offer à la carte services.
Q: Do my pets need to be kenneled or outside during the service?
A: No, as long as they are comfortable with strangers and do not pose a threat to our staff.
Q: If I set up recurring service do you send the same person?
A: We do always try to send the same staff member(s), unless they are sick or have requested the day off, in which case you would be notified prior to your service.
